Our vetted production partners in China build each unit to that specification, and our engineers sign off before anything ships.
You buy from and talk to a US company throughout. Quotations, drawing approval, inspection reports, spare parts, warranty claims and technical support all run through our US team — in Chinese (default), English or Spanish.
